Rental Agreement *

Payment is required, in full, at time of booking in order to confirm/hold your reservation date AND prior to arriving onsite. Rush Orders (orders placed less than 48 hours before installation) may incur an additional $25 fee and are subject to availability. We are unable to install signs in turf, rocks, gravel and other impenetrable surfaces such as HARD DRIED CLAY. The requested area must be SOFT and penetrable at a minimum of 4” for our installers to stake the area. NO refund will be given if the area is not install-ready. For the safety of everyone, especially children, do not play on or around the greeting. Please DO pose and post pictures! We’d love for you to tag us @specialoccasionyardcards Please cancel lawn services while the greeting is installed and remove pet waste prior to our installer arriving at the designated location. Under no circumstances should the signs be moved or taken down. Please refrain from taping anything to the signs, including balloons. We are happy to leave an additional yard stake to attach balloons to, just let us know ahead of time. At least one person from the house in which the greeting is displayed must know the yard sign is coming. This will ensure the safety of our installer. Missing or damaged signs will incur a $25 charge per graphic/card. A $95 re-delivery fee will be charged if we must return to remove, move and/or re-set up a greeting. This also applies if we are unable to gain access to the property (for any reason) and must return at a later time or day. A $50 trip charge will be incurred should we need to return to correct the spelling of the recipient's name. Special Occasion Yard Cards, LLC and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any personal injury or property damage that may occur by the placement of our signs.

Refund Agreement

Full refunds will be given if you cancel within 3 days of your delivery date, otherwise, you may retain a credit with Special Occasion Yard Cards for one full year, to be used on another greeting. In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up the greeting. You will receive a full refund in the case and you will be notified. No refunds will be considered if: we are given the incorrect delivery address; the recipient of a gifted greeting asks us to remove the greeting; we are denied access to a gated community; animals prevent us from delivery or any other circumstances that prevent us from delivery. By placing an order with Special Occasion Yard Cards, LLC, you agree to all the policies and preparations above.
